Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, the item has to be signed for when delivered.

Is my item insured?

Yes all items are insured from Camicie Italia to the shipping address, insurance covers theft and accidental damage. Once your items have been delivered and signed for they are no longer covered by insurance.

Can I change the delivery address once the item has been dispatched?

We cannot redirect any deliveries once dispatched.

What happens if I am not in when the item is delivered?

A card will be left and a new delivery date can be agreed.

What payment methods do Camicie Italia accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal.

Do I need to set up an account to be able to place an order?

Yes, you must register an account to make a purchase from the Camicie Italia site, once you are registered it makes it easier to place orders going forward. Registration is easy and takes a few minutes.
